Jennifer, a Tampa native,  started off in healthcare with HealthSouth as an insurance verification specialist in 1998.  She progressed through the years in a variety of positions working for  a collections agency that  provided collections and clean up projects for various medical clients and learned the technical side of the collections software and systems support.  Preferred hired her to  provide administrative and technical support to the team and she has been with the company for 15 years. She is  dedicated and focused delivering  positive results in a challenging and ever changing industry.  She oversees the entire support department for all three divisions including payment posting,  data entry, client integration,  I.T. systems and equipment.
